Co-creating an empathetic onboarding experience with personalized recommendations to enhance patient support during treatment

Our design journey focused on understanding cancer patients' needs through one-on-one interviews, revealing key emotional moments and opportunities for better support. In a two-day co-creation workshop, stakeholders helped us ideate tailored programs and service recommendations.

We then designed an AI-powered onboarding experience to curate personalized recommendations. Using Figma, we created an interactive proof of concept, refining it through user testing to ensure a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
